Maxim Goncharov

Maxim Alexandrovich Goncharov (; born June 15, 1989) is a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently an unrestricted free agent, having last played for HC Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Selected 123rd overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, Goncharov spent part of his career playing in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Coyotes' affiliate from 2010 to 2013.
