Fig.: 2. Refs: 8 titles. Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с установлением связи между функциональными задачами подразделений и задачами план-графиков проектов. Предложено рассчитывать оценки времени выполнения типовых функциональных задач подразделений предприятия на основе результатов выполнения связанных с ними задач предыдущих проектов. Предложено создание репозитория типовых функциональных задач. Представлена схема последовательности обработки данных для оценки своевременности выполнения проектов. Представлены рекомендации по уменьшению рисков превышения ожидаемого времени выполняемого проектов, согласно их план-графиков, путем использования временных параметров типовых функциональных задач подразделений при построении план-графиков проектов. Ил.: 2. Библогр.: 8 наим. Розглянуто питання щодо встановлення зв'язку між функціональними задачами підрозділів і задачами план-графіків проектів. Запропоновано розраховувати оцінки часу виконання типових функціональних задач підрозділів підприємства на основі результатів виконання пов'язаних з ними задач у попередніх проектах. Запропоновано створення репозиторію типових функціональних задач. Представлено схему послідовності обробки даних для оцінки своєчасності виконання проектів. Надано рекомендації щодо зменшення ризиків перевищення очікуваного часу виконання проектів, згідно їхніх план-графіків, шляхом використання часових параметрів типових функціональних задач підрозділів при побудові план-графіків проектів.
