Четвертое состояние воды – это водяной пар под энергетическим воздействием напряженности магнитного поля в точке Кюри, в момент магнитного фазового перехода обретает свойство сегнетоэлектрической плазмы, которая есть основа образований таких природных явлений, как грозовое облако и шаровая молния, способных при определенных условиях выделять молнийные разряды и при взрыве большое количество тепловой энергии, что характерно для низкотемпературного реактора. Четвертий стан води – це водяна пара під енергетичною дією напруженості магнітного поля в точці Кюри, у момент магнітного фазового переходу знаходить властивість сегнетоелектрічної плазми, яка є основою утворень таких природних явищ, як грозова хмара і кулевидна блискавка, здатних за певних умов виділяти блискавкові розряди і при вибуху велику кількість теплової енергії, що характерний для низькотемпературного реактора.
