В рамках статьи проведен краткий обзор основных мировых достижений нового направления магнитно-импульсной обработки металлов, связанного с притяжением заданных участков листовых металлов при производстве и ремонте транспортных средств. Дано обоснование актуальности развития данного нового направления и раскрыты его основные первоисточники. Освещены альтернативные методы рихтовки повреждённых листовых металлов. У рамках статті проведено короткий огляд основних світових досягнень нового напрямку магнітно-імпульсної обробки металів, пов'язаного з притяганням заданих ділянок листових металів при виробництві та ремонті транспортних засобів. Дано обґрунтування актуальності розвитку даного нового напрямку і розкриті його основні першоджерела. Висвітлено альтернативні методи рихтування пошкоджених листових металів.
