It will result in both technical and economic effects. The novelty of the results consists in studying, by means of a mathematical model, electrical characteristics of a two-level earth electrode versus the depth of surface soil drying or freezing. Приведенный анализ показал, что после обследования заземляющих устройств длительно эксплуатируемых подстанций целесообразно проводить не реконструкцию, а модернизацию их заземлителей путем создания двухуровневой конструкции. Это позволяет получить как технический, так и экономический эффект. Новизна результатов состоит в том, что с использованием математической модели исследованы электрические характеристики заземлителя в виде двухуровневой конструкции в зависимости от глубины просыхания или промерзания верхнего слоя земли. Наведений аналіз показав, що після обстеження заземлюючих пристроїв тривало експлуатованих підстанцій доцільно проводити не реконструкцію, а модернізацію їх заземлювачів шляхом створення дворівневої конструкції. Це дозволяє отримати як технічний, так і економічний ефект. Новизна результатів полягає в тому, що з використанням математичної моделі досліджено електричні характеристики заземлювача у вигляді дворівневої конструкції залежно від глибини просихання або промерзання верхнього шару землі.
