These data are further applied to developing а set of equations for numerical analysis of the current limiting. Temporal dependences for the fuse and the switch currents, the alkaline metal resistance, and commutation power loss have been obtained. На основании анализа распределения электрического поля в объеме самовосстанавливающегося предохранителя определена активная зона щелочного металла, изменяющего в процессе коммутации. Эти данные применены далее для построения математической модели для численного анализа ограничения тока. Получены временные зависимости для значений тока предохранителя и выключателя, сопротивления щелочного металла, потерь энергии на коммутацию. На основі аналізу розподілу електричного поля в об’ємі саморегенеративного запобіжника визначено активну зону лужного металу, що змінює фазовий стан в процесі комутації. Ці дані застосовано далі для побудови математичної моделі для чисельного аналізу обмеження струму. Отримано часові залежності для значень струму запобіжника і вимикача, опору лужного металу, втрат енергії на комутацію.
