В статье рассматриваются вопросы расчета устройств неразрушающего экспресс контроля механических напряжений. Получено аналитическое выражение для расчета ЭДС наводимой в измерительной обмотке преобразователя. Разработанная система автоматического контроля обеспечивает линейность выходного напряжения преобразователя в зависимости от значения механической напряженности. У статті розглядаються питання розрахунків пристроїв неруйнівного експрес контролю механічних напруг. Отримано аналітичний вираз для розрахунків ЕРС, що наводиться у вимірювальній обмотці перетворювача. Розроблена система автоматичного контролю забезпечує лінійність вихідної напруги перетворювача залежно від значення механічної напруженості.
