The category of transdisciplinarity as a methodological basis for a technological solution for the creation of information-analytical systems of a multidimensional profile is defined. The information, software and architectural features of IAS as complex systems are determined. The mechanisms of forming a unified information environment based on WEB-oriented IAS services using multiple characteristics of taxonomies of analyzed domains are described.
