The article notes that in the conditions of war, which has been going on in Ukraine for the fourth year, the responsibility of managers for the decisions made increases many times. War and peace, patriotism and hatred of the enemy, whether to remain under enemy fire in one's own home or to go away from the war, even abroad. The choice between these alternatives is actually a choice between life and death. Assessing the negative impact of military actions on the life of territorial communities, it must be said that in different regions of our country its consequences differ significantly. And, therefore, a vitally necessary measure is the implementation of social diagnostics of management decisions in conditions of military crisis, which includes an assessment of the social effectiveness of management of territorial communities during the war. В статті розглядається питання діагностики соціальної ефективності управління територіальними громадами в умовах війни. Обґрунтовується, що особливістю і привілеєм управлінців-менеджерів є здатність приймати рішення і таким чином особисто організовувати роботу співробітників на реалізацію цих рішень. Від якості прийнятих управлінських рішень залежить доля соціальних інститутів і соціальних організацій. В статті зазначається, що в умовах війни, що триває на теренах України вже четвертий рік, відповідальність управлінців за прийняті рішення зростає в рази. Війна і мир, патріотизм і ненависть до ворога, чи залишитись під ворожими обстрілами у власній оселі або виїхати подалі від війни, навіть за кордон.
