| description | This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the ethical aspects of strategic management of enterprises under conditions of war risks and a high level of environmental uncertainty. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to rethink traditional approaches to strategic management, which in wartime crisis conditions must combine economic efficiency with the moral and ethical responsibility of businesses toward employees, society, and the state.
The study analyzes contemporary theoretical and applied approaches to the formation of ethically oriented management strategies for enterprises operating under armed conflict conditions. The essence and role of corporate social responsibility (CSR), business ethics, and sustainable development concepts are examined as key components of modern strategic management. It is established that wartime conditions significantly transform managerial priorities, requiring a balance between the economic stability of enterprises and the fulfillment of their social responsibilities.
Special attention is paid to identifying the main challenges faced by domestic enterprises in the wartime economy, including the preservation of human capital, maintenance of corporate culture, ensuring transparency of management processes, and strengthening trust between businesses, employees, and society.
Based on the conducted research, a model of ethical strategic enterprise management is proposed, taking into account the specifics of war risks and aimed at ensuring long-term organizational resilience. The model provides for the integration of corporate social responsibility principles into strategic planning, the development of a people-centered approach to human resource management, and the strengthening of ethical leadership.
It is concluded that the integration of ethical principles into strategic enterprise management is not only a moral necessity but also an important factor in enhancing resilience, adaptability, and competitiveness under wartime conditions. Moreover, adherence to ethical standards serves as a key prerequisite for effective post-war economic recovery in Ukraine and the formation of a new model of responsible business. |

Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню етичних аспектів стратегічного управління підприємством в умовах воєнних ризиків та високої невизначеності зовнішнього середовища. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю переосмислення традиційних підходів до стратегічного менеджменту, які в кризових умовах воєнного часу мають поєднувати економічну ефективність із морально-етичною відповідальністю бізнесу перед працівниками, суспільством та державою. У роботі проаналізовано сучасні теоретичні та прикладні підходи до формування етично орієнтованих стратегій управління підприємствами в умовах збройного конфлікту. Розкрито сутність та роль корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ), ділової етики та концепцій сталого розвитку як ключових складових сучасного стратегічного управління. Встановлено, що воєнні умови істотно змінюють пріоритети управлінських рішень, зумовлюючи необхідність балансу між економічною стабільністю підприємства та забезпеченням соціальної відповідальності. Особливу увагу приділено ідентифікації основних викликів, що постають перед вітчизняними підприємствами в умовах воєнної економіки, зокрема: збереженню людського капіталу, підтримці корпоративної культури, забезпеченню прозорості управлінських процесів, а також підвищенню рівня довіри між бізнесом, працівниками та суспільством. На основі проведеного дослідження запропоновано модель етичного стратегічного управління підприємством, яка враховує специфіку воєнних ризиків та орієнтована на забезпечення довгострокової стійкості організації. Модель передбачає інтеграцію принципів корпоративної соціальної відповідальності у стратегічне планування, розвиток людиноцентричного підходу до управління персоналом та посилення ролі етичного лідерства. Зроблено висновок, що інтеграція етичних принципів у стратегічне управління підприємством є не лише моральною необхідністю, а й важливим фактором підвищення його стійкості, адаптивності та конкурентоспроможності в умовах воєнного часу. Крім того, дотримання етичних стандартів виступає ключовою передумовою ефективного повоєнного відновлення економіки України та формування нової моделі відповідального бізнесу.
