Использована линейная модель, устанавливающая соотношение между широким доступом и общим товарооборотом. Наведено аналіз сектора інформаційних технологій. Описано стан цього сектора у Польщі та інших європейських країнах відносно можливостей розвитку і потенційних бар’єрів.
