Резюме:ZnO microstructures of different morphology were investigated using the water contact angle (WCA) analysis. The as-grown ZnO microstructures were found to exhibit pure hydrophobic behavior, which is enhanced with the increase of their surface area. The most hydrophobic structures (WCA = 157°) were found to be the complex microoctapods, containing both the macro-and nanoscale features.
