Дослiджено енергетичний спектр електрона i дiрки в складнiй наногетеросистемi, що складається з двох цилiндричних напiвпровiдникових квантових точок, розташованих у напiвпровiдниковому квантовому дротi. Квантовi точки роздiленi шаром-бар’єром, до якого прикладене постiйне електричне поле.
