Методом напівемпіричного псевдопотенціалу розраховані енергетичні спектри носіїв заряду в деяких моделях впорядкованих твердих розчинів і моделі віртуального кристала на основі сегнетоелектриків-напівпровідників типу Sn₂P₂S₆.
