The phase diagram is built which determines the system parameters corresponding to the regime of the porous structure formation. На основi трипараметричної системи Лоренца була розвинена модель, що дозволяє самоузгодженим чином описати поведiнку системи плазма-конденсат поблизу фазової рiвноваги. Враховуючи вплив флуктуацiй температури ростової поверхнi, були знайденi рiвняння еволюцiї та вiдповiдне рiвняння Фоккера-Планка.
