Резюме:Theoretical and experimental researches on the electric potential spatial distribution in thin crystal plates of zinc selenide and quartz, presented in this paper, is a constituent part of a common approach elaborated for a study of the polar states induced by inhomogeneous heating in a wide class of materials including those not belonging to the polar crystallographic classes. Construction original principles of a new class of the transmission-type power pyroelectric sensors with a maximum attainable upper limit of the dynamic range for an intense radiation monitoring in a wide region of IR spectrum are developed.
