Резюме:The study is focused on the possibility of early diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy. Authors used examination of microcirculation by the method of tissue clearance of Na¹³¹I. Some drugs can influence the status of vessels and haemoreological attributes of the blood. These drugs include glycosaminoglycane sulodexide, indobuphen, serotonine receptors antagonists, naphtidrophuryl, pentoxyphyllin, alprostadil. The aim of the study was to prove their influence on blood perfusion in capillary course.
