The temperature of turn coil for rolled steel should be maintained for at least 1000 °C. On development of the industrial mode of high-temperature deformation treatment of rolled steel in a stream wire mills should take into account the cross-sectional area of the rental (the scale factor). This will ensure high quality indicators of rolled steel with using heat rolling heating and increase its limited deformability on hardware redistribution due to formation of a uniform homogeneous pearlite structure, able to withstand cold plastic deformation with high degrees without additional heat treatment-patenting. |
