The Fischer cluster phenomenon, glass transition, liquid-liquid transformations, parametric phase diagram, cooperative dynamics and fragility of the glass-forming liquids is considered. Представлено огляд теоретичних результатiв та експериментальних даних щодо термодинамiки, структури i динамiки гетерофазних склоутворювальних рiдин. Теоретичний пiдхiд базується на моделi мезоскопiчних гетерофазних флуктуацiй, яка була розвинута в рамках пiдходу обмеженої статистичної функцiї.
