В Україні зареєстровано сім видів підсекції Magnicellulatae секції Sphaerotheca роду Podosphaera, причому статус P. delphinii, P. helianthemi і P. plantaginis не ясний, ці види близькі до P. fusca s. str. і потребують молекулярно-філогенетичного дослідження.
