Applications and technologies Physico-topological simulation of a transmission X-ray tube (TRT) with inductionally heated thermionic cathode is presented, taking into account physical properties of functional elements and their design. Modeling is based on physical fundamentals for vacuum electronics and electrodynamics using ComSol. The distributions of electromag-netic fields, currents, temperature, and trajectories of thermoelectrons were calculated. The analysis of electron trajectories made it possible to optimize TRT topology and design. Проведено фізико-топологічне моделювання трансмісійної рентгенівської трубки (ТРТ) з індукційним нагріванням катода з урахуванням фізичних властивостей функціональних елементів та їх конструкції і топології. Моделювання базується на фундаментальних рівняннях для вакуумної електроніки і електродинаміки з використанням ComSol. Розраховано розподіли електромагнітного поля, струмів і теплових полів, а також траєкторії електронів, випущених термокатодом.
