Modeling is based on physical fundamentals for vacuum electronics and electrodynamics using ComSol. The distributions of electromag-netic fields, currents, temperature, and trajectories of thermoelectrons were calculated. The analysis of electron trajectories made it possible to optimize TRT topology and design. Проведено фізико-топологічне моделювання трансмісійної рентгенівської трубки (ТРТ) з індукційним нагріванням катода з урахуванням фізичних властивостей функціональних елементів та їх конструкції і топології. Моделювання базується на фундаментальних рівняннях для вакуумної електроніки і електродинаміки з використанням ComSol. Розраховано розподіли електромагнітного поля, струмів і теплових полів, а також траєкторії електронів, випущених термокатодом.
