Summary: | Mathematical apparatus for analysis of changes in uncertainties in
results of greenhouse gas inventory due to increased knowledge of emission processes
and structural changes in emissions is presented. Historical change in uncertainty is
analyzed; projections of uncertainty are made for 15 European Union Member States
for the year 2020 using today’s knowledge of emission processes and different
emission scenarios. |
