Резюме:In the paper presented they have analyzed the morbidity rate among the workers of the Dnepropetrovsk transport junction. There were 1558 male under observation, among them 736 had been examined at the conditions of a voyage. The prevalence of different pathological conditions have been revealed and some prophylaxis measures offered. The morbidity rate was studies from the 2000 to 2004. The group of observation constituted 614 men, among them 217 navigators. The main occupational hazards included aerial and aqueous basin contamination, industrial dust, vibration, physical overloads, welding aerosols, dust, benzol and its combinations. As a result pulmonary diseases morbidity rate with was the highest. They have marked the increase of pulmonary pathology in the groups under study, namely chronic obstructive pulmonary pathology including bronchitis and asthma. The authors state that strict observance of curative standards and compliance allow to improve the patients' quality of life and to diminish the terms of temporary disability.
