Резюме:Peculiarities of medicaments use in the drivers of vehicles are connected with their direct or side (negative) effect on the professional qualities of the persons under study. In some countries there are lists (some of them of official character) dangerous for drivers medicaments. In Russia, for example, such a list was composed first in 1989 and re-published in 2005. All the medicaments are subdivided into three classes of danger. The drugs of the I class should not be used by the drivers ever, the drugs of the II class may be used as exception after individual testing and the III class drugs may be used after the information of the patient about their possible side-effects. The list contains 140 medicaments of the I and II class. They have learnt the influence of seven main hypotensive remedies on the psychophysiological properties of the drivers. The most promoted negative effects had antihypertensive drugs of central action, while the direct vasodilators and angiotensine II receptors blockers had the least amount of negative properties.
