Summary:It is established that thiocyanate and acetate heteropolynuclear complexes of Cu(II)/Co(III) with diethanolamine are characterized by a more significant membrane-tropic activity than that of the other studied complexes. It is supposed that the influence of heteropolynuclear complexes on the membrane-bound enzyme activity depends on the membrane-tropic activity of these complexes and their ability to penetrate into the lipid matrix.
