Description
Summary:14 new species of pests affecting green stand plants have been fixed for the Donetsk Botanical Gardens (DBG). The species fixed are as follows: Schizotetranychus tiliarium (Herm.), Lepidosaphes juniperi Lndgr., Leucaspis pusilla Lw., Agrilus chrysoderes Ab., Blastophagus piniperda (L.), Clytra laeviuscula (Ratz.), Pachybrachys tessellatus Ol., Geometridae gen. sp., Tenthredinidae gen. sp., Xiphydria camelus L., Anthomyiidae gen. sp., Phasianus colchicus L., Lepus europaeus Pall., Spalax microphthalmus G ld. Presumably this fact is a consequence of constant process of green plantations flora dynamics. A brief description is given for the biology of these species and pest species that are potentially adverse for the plants of DBG (Euproctis chrysorrhoea L., Hyphantria cunea Dry., Sesia apiformis Cl., Cameraria ohridella Deschka et Dimic).
