Методом вторинно-іонної мас-спектрометрії досліджено зміну композиційного складу в приповерхневих шарах зразків сплавів типу Хастелой, опромінених пучком електронів з середньою енергією 9,6 МеВ в розплаві солей фторидів натрію і цирконію при температурі 650°С протягом 700 г.
