Определены основные пути усовершенствования комплексной системы оценки безопасности состояния сложных природно-техногенных объектов с выявлением факторов их дестабилизации в целях регулирования устойчивого развития и принятия управляющих мероприятий. Проанализированы перспективы внедрения когнитивного моделирования в систему информационно-методического обеспечения оценки экологичности сложных объектов. Дана практическая реализация предложенной методики на примере прогнозирования состояния Харьковского региона. Визначено основні шляхи удосконалення комплексної системи оцінювання безпечності стану складних природно-техногенних об’єктів з виявленням факторів їх дестабілізації з метою регулювання сталого розвитку і прийняття керувальних заходів. Проаналізовано перспективи впровадження когнітивного моделювання в систему інформаційно-методичного забезпечення оцінки екологічності складних об’єктів. Надано практичну реалізацію запропонованої методики на прикладі прогнозування стану Харківського регіону.
