The processes of preparation, making and implementation the decisions are combined in a single process, which provides one target function — solution of the optimal system control problem (object of management) which eliminates the gap, which exists earlier, between preparation, making the decisions and their implementation. Детально проанализированы процессы реализации принятых решений применительно к предприятию. Разработаны математические модели реализации принятых решений управления. Процессы подготовки, принятия и реализации принятых решений органически объединены в единый процесс, обеспечивающий одну целевую функцию — решение проблемы оптимального управления системой (объектом управления), что устраняет существовавший ранее разрыв между подготовкой, принятием решений и их реализацией. Детально проаналізовано процеси реалізації прийнятих рішень щодо підприємства. Розроблено математичні моделі реалізації прийнятих рішень управління. Процеси підготовки, прийняття і реалізації прийнятих рішень органічно об’єднані в єдиний процес, який забезпечує одну цільову функцію — вирішення проблеми оптимального управління системою (об’єктом управління), що ліквідує розрив між підготовкою, прийняттям рішень та їх реалізацією, який існував раніше.
