Детально проанализированы процессы реализации принятых решений применительно к предприятию. Разработаны математические модели реализации принятых решений управления. Процессы подготовки, принятия и реализации принятых решений органически объединены в единый процесс, обеспечивающий одну целевую функцию — решение проблемы оптимального управления системой (объектом управления), что устраняет существовавший ранее разрыв между подготовкой, принятием решений и их реализацией. Детально проаналізовано процеси реалізації прийнятих рішень щодо підприємства. Розроблено математичні моделі реалізації прийнятих рішень управління. Процеси підготовки, прийняття і реалізації прийнятих рішень органічно об’єднані в єдиний процес, який забезпечує одну цільову функцію — вирішення проблеми оптимального управління системою (об’єктом управління), що ліквідує розрив між підготовкою, прийняттям рішень та їх реалізацією, який існував раніше.
