Approaches to ontology and Web- and Grid-services with and without state, their cooperation, architecture, and the existent realizations of the semantic Grid are considered. Исследован семантический Web, основанный на метаданных, онтологиях и программных агентах как фундамент для семантического Грид, в котором информация и услуги имеют четкое определение, предоставляющее возможность компьютерам и людям работать в кооперации со знанием, а не с информацией, как это делается в настоящее время. Рассмотрены подходы к описанию онтологии данных и Web- и Грид-сервисов (с состоянием и без состояния), их взаимодействия, архитектуры, а также существующие реализации семантических Грид. Досліджено семантичний Web, заснований на метаданих, онтологіях і програмних агентах як фундамент для семантичного Грід, в якому інформація і послуги мають чітке визначення, що надає можливість комп’ютерам і людям працювати в кооперації зі знанням, а не з інформацією, як це робиться зараз. Розглянуто підходи до опису онтологій даних і Web- та Грід-сервісів (із станом і без стану), їхньої взаємодії, архітектури, а також й існуючі реалізації семантичних Грід.
