Изложены теоретико-практические обоснования необходимости и целесообразности введения в систему принятия управленческого решения корпоративной экологической системы. Показана ее структура. Предложены математические подходы к определению характеристик состояния этой системы, а как меру качества принятия управленческого решения в системе экологического мониторинга использовать энтропию. Викладено теоретико-практичні засади необхідності та доцільності введення в систему прийняття управлінського рішення корпоративної екологічної системи. Показано її структуру. Запропоновано математичні підходи щодо визначення характеристик стану цієї системи, а як міру якості прийняття управлінського рішення в системі екологічного моніторингу використовувати ентропію.
