Рассматривается математическая модель принятия решений с использованием функций привлекательности выбора, построенная на основе интеграла сохранения, учитывающего ограниченность ресурсов для существования системы конкуренции идей, и интеграла движения, ограничиващего суммарный темп системы. Приведен пример моделирования процесса принятия решений в парламенте с точки зрения обычного наблюдателя, не знакомого с "закулисными" факторами. Розглядається математична модель прийняття рішень із використанням функцій привабливості вибору, яку побудовано на основі інтегралу збереження, що враховує обмеженість ресурсів до існування системи конкуренції ідей, та інтегралу руху, який обмежує сумарний темп системи. Наведено приклад моделювання процесу прийняття рішень у парламенті з точки зору пересічного спостерігача, не знайомого з "підкилимними" факторами.
