Разработаны основные принципы повышения качества обучения на базе усовершенствования моделей и методов управления деятельностью учебного заведения. Предложены алгоритм определения обобщенного индекса эффективности заведения, сбалансированная система индексов (критериев) и квалиметрическая модель оценивания качества деятельности учебного заведения. Розроблено основні принципи підвищення якості навчання на базі вдосконалення моделей та методів керування діяльністю навчального закладу. Запропоновано алгоритм визначення узагальненого показника ефективності, збалансовану систему показників (критеріїв) і кваліметричну модель оцінювання якості діяльності навчального закладу.
