Предлагается единая методика определения индексов и индикаторов, которые используются для оценки уровня устойчивого развития страны. Разработан подход к построению модели формирования индекса устойчивого развития, учитывающего три основных компонента: экономический, экологический и социальный. Рассматривается метод компараторной структурно-параметрической идентификации модели на множестве возможных структур, описываемых полиномом Колмогорова–Габора. Запропоновано єдину методику визначення індексів та індикаторів, які використовуються для оцінки рівня сталого розвитку країни. Розроблено підхід до побудови моделі формування індексу сталого розвитку, що враховує три основних компоненти: економічний, екологічний і соціальний. Розглядається метод компараторної структурно-параметричної ідентифікації моделі на множині можливих структур, які описуються поліномом Колмогорова–Габора.
