Рассматривается одноканальная система массового обслуживания с возвращениями без потерь и двухфазным эрланговским распределением времени пребывания вызовов на цикле орбиты. Построена аналитическая модель системы типа M / M / 1 / 0 /// E2. Разработан алгоритм вычисления показателей эффективности ее функционирования. Проведен анализ результатов. Розглядається одноканальна система масового обслуговування з поверненнями без втрат і двофазним ерлангівським розподілом часу перебування викликів на циклі орбіти. Побудовано аналітичну модель системи типу M / M / 1 / 0 /// E2. Розроблено алгоритм обчислення показників ефективності її функціонування. Проведено аналіз результатів.
