Выполнен качественный анализ полуострова Крым как сложной системы, включающей взаимосвязанные элементы разной природы. Сформулированы главные цели и разработана концепция построения конкурентной стратегии устойчивого развития региона. Обосновано применение методологии техноло- гического предвидения и SWOT анализа для построения этой стратегии. По методике М. Портера выделены конкурентоспособные кластеры для Крыма и проведен их анализ с целью последующей организации комплекса работ по технологическому предвидению. Виконано якісний аналіз півострову Крим як складної системи із взаємопов’язаними елементами різної природи. Сформульовано головні цілі та розроблено концепцію побудови конкурентної стратегії сталого розвитку регіону. Обгрунтовано застосування методології технологічного передбачення та SWOT аналізу для побудови цієї стратегії. За методикою М. Портера виділено конкурентоспроможні кластери для Криму та проведено їх аналіз з метою подальшої організації комплексу робіт із технологічного передбачення.
