P. Based on the model of an economy with regular interests of consumers, an open economic system with monopolists is investigated. The presence of certain taxation system in the economy is taken into account. The outputs technologies which nonlinearly depend on the output vector are considered for the case of the presence of regular expenditure. For such a mathematical model the optimal solution of the equilibrium problem is presented. The levels of monopolist taxation providing for the realization of the optimal equilibrium state of an economic systems are determined. Исследована открытая экономическая система, в которой присутствуют монополисты в рамках модели экономики с постоянными интересами потребителей. Учтена определенная система налогообложения. Рассмотрены технологии производства товаров в экономической системе, нелинейно зависящие от вектора выпусков товаров, при наличии постоянных затрат. Предложено оптимальное решение задачи о равновесии в экономической системе для данной математической модели. Определены уровни налогообложения монополистов, обеспечивающие реализацию оптимального состояния равновесия в экономической системе. Досліджено відкриту економічну систему за наявності монополістів в рамках моделі економіки з постійними інтересами споживачів. Враховано певну систему оподаткування. Розглянуто технології виробництва товарів в економічній системі, які нелінійно залежать від вектора випусків товарів, за наявності постійних витрат. Запропоновано оптимальний розв’язок задачі про рівновагу в економічній системі для такої математичної моделі. Визначено рівні оподаткування монополістів, що забезпечують реалізацію оптимального стану рівноваги в економічній системі.
