On the basis of the model and the results of researches carried out in 2002 within the framework of the UN Development Program, the global level of the development of Azerbaijan has been estimated. Рассматривается альтернативный подход к оценке глобального уровня развития государства, основанный на нечетких логических выводах. Предложена нечеткая модель метауровня социально-экономической системы (уровня развития социально-экономической системы в масштабах глобальной экономики). На базе разработанной модели и результатов исследований за 2002-й год в рамках Программы развития ООН получена оценка глобального уровня развития Азербайджана. Розглянуто альтернативний підхід до оцінки глобального рівня розвитку держави, що базується на нечітких логічних висновках. Запропоновано нечітку модель метарівня соціально-економічної системи (рівня розвитку соціально-економічної системи у масштабі глобальної економіки). На основі розробленої моделі та результатів досліджень за 2002 р. у рамках Програми розвитку ООН одержано оцінку глобального рівня розвитку Азербайджану.
