A method for sequential choice of basic concepts of synthesis of the management mechanism is offered. Рассматривается аксиоматический подход к решению задачи синтеза (построения) произвольной сложной системы управления на основе использования принципа подобия модели функционирования механизма политического руководства соответствующим моделям в системах технического, биологического типов, искусственного интеллекта и принципа целесообразности. Предложен метод последовательного выбора базовых концепций синтеза организационного механизма регулирования (управления). Розглядається аксіоматичний підхід до рішення задачі синтезу (побудови) довільної складної системи керування на основі використання принципу подібності моделі функціонування механізму політичного керівництва відповідним моделям у системах технічного, біологічного типів, штучного інтелекту і принципу доцільності. Запропоновано метод послідовного вибору базових концепцій синтезу організаційного механізму регулювання (керування).
