Формулируется упрощенная модель распределения финансовых средств по регионам некоторыми конкурирующими предвыборными объединениями в борьбе за получение как можно большего числа голосов избирателей. Модель сведена к отысканию точки равновесия по Нэшу. Для её определения используется численный метод решения монотонных вариационных неравенств с вырожденным оператором. Формулюється спрощена модель розподілу коштів по регіонам деякими конкуруючими передвиборними об’єднаннями у боротьбі за найбільшу кількість голосів виборців. Модель зведена до пошуку точки рівноваги по Нешу. Для її визначення використовується чисельний метод розв’язання монотонних варіаційних нерівностей з виродженим оператором.
