Работа посвящена разработке программной модели обеспечения качества обслуживания в системах мультимедиа. Предложен метод определения приоритетов мультимедийных потоков в виде графа. На основе предложенной модели разработан эффективный алгоритм межпотоковой адаптации, который распределяет доступную полосу пропускания канала связи между потоками, принадлежащими данному приложению мультимедиа. Робота присвячена розробці програмної моделі забезпечення якості обслуговування у системах мультимедіа. Запропоновано метод визначення пріоритетів мультимедійних потоків у вигляді графа. На основі запропонованої моделі розроблено ефективний алгоритм міжпотокової адаптації, який розподіляє доступну полосу пропускання каналу зв’язку між потоками, що належать даному додатку мультимедіа.
