In this article, the status, problems, and prospects of development of the Ukrainian National Grid (UNG) are considered. As the methodology for describing and providing the grid-services to consumers, the ITILv.3 library was used to describe the best practices for organizing the work of companies which provide services in the field of information technologies. The methodology for assessing the level of the maturity, that was developed in the FP7-gSLM project, for Ukrainian grid-infrastructure was augmented with the technique of an assessment of levels of maturity of management of the grid-program, the level of communications, and the information. It allowed us to estimate quantitatively the state of development of UNG, to determine the areas with the problems, and to prove the necessity of urgent further actions. These actions include the following: developing the communications between the resource centers and coordination bodies, creating the minimum guaranteed level of access to resources for the virtual organizations, and developing the mechanisms of integration into the European research communities. It is shown that under the current economic conditions, it is necessary to concentrate efforts (including financial efforts) on support and development of the resource centers which are integrated to European grid-infrastructure and are capable to provide the functioning of the national grid-infrastructures while providing the minimum guaranteed level of grid-services to users. According to the authors, this version of the grid-infrastructure development is consistent with the current trends of development of the digital science and will allow to equalize the maturity levels with national grid-infrastructures of other European countries. |

Рассмотрено состояние, проблемы и перспективы развития Украинского национального грид. В качестве методологии описания и предоставления грид-сервисов потребителям использована библиотека ITILv.3, которая описывает лучшие практики организации работы компаний, занимающихся оказанием услуг в области информационных технологий. Методология оценки уровня зрелости, разработанная в проекте FP7-gSLM, применительно к украинской грид-инфраструктуре была дополнена методикой оценки уровней зрелости управления грид-программой, коммуникациями и информацией. Это дало возможность количественно оценить состояние развития Украинского национального грид, определить проблемные участки и обосновать необходимость первоочередных дальнейших действий, к которым относятся: развитие коммуникаций между ресурсными центрами и органами координации, создание минимально гарантированного уровня доступа к ресурсам для виртуальных организаций и развитие механизмов интеграции в Европейские исследовательские сообщества. Показано, что внынешних экономических условиях необходимо сконцентрировать усилия (и финансовые, в том числе) на поддержке и развитии ресурсных центров, которые интегрированы в Европейскую грид-инфраструктуру и способны обеспечить функционирование национальной грид-инфраструктуры с предоставлением минимально гарантированного уровня грид-сервисов для пользователей. Этот вариант развития грид-инфраструктуры отвечает, по мнению авторов, современным тенденциям развития цифровой науки и позволит обеспечить выравнивание уровней зрелости с национальными грид-инфраструктурами других стран Европы. Розглянуто стан, проблеми і перспективи розвитку Українського національного грід. В якості методології опису і надання грід-сервісів споживачам було використано бібліотеку ITILv.3, яка надає кращі практики організації роботи компаній, що надають послуги у галузі інформаційних технологій. Методологію оцінки рівня зрілості, яку розроблено в проекті FP7-gSLM, для української грід-інфраструктури було доповнено методикою оцінки рівнів зрілості управління грід-програмою, комунікаціями та інформацією. Це дало можливість кількісно оцінити стан розвитку Українського національного грід, визначити проблемні ділянки й обґрунтувати необхідність першочергових подальших дій, до яких відносяться: розвиток комунікацій між ресурсними центрами і органами координації, створення мінімально гарантованого рівня доступу до ресурсів для віртуальних організацій і розвиток механізмів інтеграції в Європейські дослідницькі спільноти. Показано, що в нинішніх економічних умовах необхідно сконцентрувати зусилля (і фінансові у тому числі) на підтримку і розвиток ресурсних центрів, які інтегровано в Європейську грід-інфраструктуру і здатні забезпечити функціонування національної грід-інфраструктури з наданням мінімально гарантованого рівня грід-сервісів користувачам. Цей варіант розвитку грід-інфраструктури відповідає, на думку авторів, сучасним тенденціям розвитку цифрової науки та дозволить забезпечити вирівнювання рівнів зрілості з національними грід-інфраструктурами інших країн Європи.
