| description | The problem of selection of a search system of the scientific citation index for open-Ukrainian scientific archives is described. Citation index is quite important, which can be obtained using the current search systems which are specialized in indexing scientific literature. Citation index value is determined by the number of references to the publication or last name elsewhere. To search for citations of scientific electronic archive of documents the characteristics of scientific indexation systems, the main of which are Scopus, Russian Science Citation Index, Web of Science, Google Scholar, are considered. For these five search systems of scientific citation index the objectives tree, consisting of alternatives levels, criteria and objectives, is created. The pairwise comparison of alternatives by certain criteria, including the largest weight criterion "Ukrainian editions coverage", is carried out by the method of hierarchy analysis. |

Поднята проблема выбора поисковой системы научного индекса цитирования для открытых украинских научных архивов. Индекс цитируемости является весьма важным, его можно получить используя современные поисковые системы, специализирующиеся на индексации научной литературы. Величина индекса цитирования определяется количеством ссылок на публикацию или фамилию автора в других источниках. Для того, чтобы осуществить поиск цитируемости научных документов электронного архива, рассмотрены характеристики систем научной индексации, основными из которых являются Scopus, Российский индекс научного цитирования, Web of Science и Google Scholar. Для этих пяти поисковых систем научного индекса цитирования построено дерево целей, состоящее из уровней альтернатив, критериев и целей. Методом анализа иерархии проведено попарное сравнение альтернатив по определенным критериям с учетом наибольшего веса критерия "охвата украинских изданий". Піднято проблему вибору пошукової системи наукового індексу цитування для відкритих українських наукових архівів. Індекс цитованості є досить важливим, його можна отримати використовуючи сучасні пошукові системи, які спеціалізуються на індексації наукової літератури. Величина індексу цитування визначається кількістю посилань на публікацію або прізвище автора в інших джерелах. Для того, щоб здійснити пошук цитованості наукових документів електронного архіву розглянуто характеристики систем наукової індексації, основними з яких є Scopus, Російський індекс наукового цитування, Web of Science та Google Scholar. Для цих п’яти пошукових систем наукового індексу цитування побудовано дерево цілей яке складається з рівнів альтернатив, критеріїв та цілей. Методом аналізу ієрархії проведено попарне порівняння альтернатив за визначеними критеріями, з урахуванням найбільшої ваги критерію "охоплення українських видань".
