| description | The digital science, which relies on the use of electronic infrastructures, services, and tools based on ICT, makes scientific processes more efficient and transparent, offers new tools for scientific collaboration, experimentation, and analysis, and makes scientific knowledge more accessible. At the same time, the digital science contributes to the emergence of new scientific methods, disciplines, and paradigms to respond to new challenges through the global distribution of the communities in which individuals and the society are directly involved in the creation and consumption of scientific knowledge. The paper discusses the plans and arrangements of development and use of the digital science in European programs. They are about means to coordinate and support the formation and functioning of an open homogeneous Federated productive infrastructure for the whole of Europe, the single digital Research Area ERA (European Research Area). EGI (European Grid Infrastructure) plays a key role in the provision of services in this online European Research Area, which unifies and supports researchers of different disciplines, enabling them to process the data obtained in the integrated European computing environment. Such an example of the European organization and the active supporting research is very instructive for Ukraine. |

Цифровая наука, которая опирается на использование электронных инфраструктур, услуг и инструментов, основанных на ИКТ, делает более эффективными и прозрачными научные процессы, предлагает новые инструменты для научного сотрудничества, экспериментов и анализа и делает научное знание более доступным. Одновременно цифровая наука способствует появлению новых научных методов, дисциплин и парадигм по реагированию на новые вызовы через глобальные распределенные сообщества, в которых граждане и общество непосредственно участвуют в создании и потреблении научных знаний. Рассмотрены планы и организационные меры развития и использования в европейских программах цифровой науки, Это мероприятия по координации, поддержке, формированию и функционированию открытой однородной объединенной в федерацию производственной инфраструктуры для всей Европы, единого цифрового исследовательского пространства ERA (European Research Area). Ключевую роль в предоставлении услуг (сервисов) в этом онлайновом европейском научном пространстве играет Европейская грид-инфраструктура EGI (European Grid Infrastructure), которая объединяет и поддерживает исследователей разных научных дисциплин, предоставляя им возможность обрабатывать данные, полученные в интегрированной европейской вычислительной среде. Такой пример Европы по организации и активной поддержке научных исследований очень поучительный для Украины. Цифрова наука, яка спирається на використання електронних інфраструктур, послуг та інструментів, заснованих на ІКТ, робить більш ефективними і прозорими наукові процеси, пропонує нові інструменти для наукового співробітництва, експериментів і аналізу та робить наукове знання більш доступним. Одночасно цифрова наука сприяє появі нових наукових методів, дисциплін і парадигм з реагування на нові виклики через глобальні розподілені співтовариства, в яких громадяни і суспільство безпосередньо беруть участь у створенні та споживанні наукових знань. Розглянуто плани та організаційні заходи розвитку і використання у європейських програмах цифрової науки. Це заходи щодо координації, підтримки, формування та функціонування відкритої однорідної об’єднаної у федерацію виробничої інфраструктури для всієї Європи, єдиного цифрового дослідного простору ERA (European Research Area). Ключову роль у наданні послуг (сервісів) у цьому онлайновому європейському науковому просторі відіграє Європейська грід інфраструктура EGI (European Grid Infrastructure), яка об’єднує і підтримує дослідників різних наукових дисциплін, надаючи їм можливість обробляти дані, отримані в інтегрованому європейському обчислювальному середовищі. Такий приклад Європи з організації та активній підтримці наукових досліджень дуже повчальний для України.
