| description | Properties and structure of social and economic system are described taking into account social, economic and ecological (noosphere) component. It allows comprehensively analyzing the system, allocating latent laws and synthesizing more effective models. The analysis of conditions of stability of social and economic systems is carried out and the approach to definition of a quantitative estimation of stability for more effective organization of management of systems of various hierarchical levels is offered. The way of indexation of characteristics of elements of social and economic system that allows to consider each characteristic separately is offered, but thus to keep understanding, at what hierarchical level it is in the general structure, it is connected with what elements, what generalizes or what part is. Ways of realization of management are analyzed by organizational systems. Features of application of various polynomial models for formation of the generalized estimations of stability are presented. |

Описаны свойства и структура социально-экономической системы с учетом социальной, экономической и экологической (ноосферной) составляющей. Это позволяет комплексно анализировать систему, выделять латентные закономерности и синтезировать более эффективные модели. Проведен анализ условий устойчивости социально-экономических систем и предложен подход к определению количественной оценки устойчивости для более эффективной организации управления системами различного иерархического уровня. Предложен способ индексации характеристик элементов социально-экономической системы. Это позволяет рассматривать каждую характеристику в отдельности, но при этом сохранить понимание, на каком иерархическом уровне в общей структуре она находится, с какими элементами связана, какие обобщает или частью каких является. Проанализированы способы реализации управления организационными системами. Представлены особенности применения различных полиномиальных моделей для формирования обобщенных оценок устойчивости. Описано властивості й структуру соціально-економічної системи з урахуванням соціальної, економічної та екологічної (ноосферної) складової. Це дозволяє комплексно аналізувати систему, виділяти латентні закономірності та синтезувати більш ефективні моделі. Проведено аналіз умов стійкості соціально-економічних систем і запропоновано підхід до визначення кількісної оцінки стійкості для більш ефективної організації управління системами різного ієрархічного рівня. Запропоновано спосіб індексації характеристик елементів соціально-економічної системи. Це дозволяє розглядати кожну характеристику окремо, але при цьому зберегти розуміння, на якому ієрархічному рівні в загальній структурі вона знаходиться, з якими елементами пов’язана, які узагальнює або частиною яких є. Проаналізовано способи реалізації управління організаційними системами. Наведено особливості застосування різних поліноміальних моделей для формування узагальнених оцінок стійкості.
