The algorithms for the comparative ecological identification methodology implementation were developed on ecological compatibility leveling of ecological-social-economic systems and mathematical models of the system objects' state. The rating of the ecological state safety for ecology-economical systems and a comprehensive assessment of ecological compatibility for a territory polluted by heavy metals with establishing the self-regulated system quality mechanism were developed on the basis of the presented method. The calculations of ecological compatibility assessment of objects under the study based on presented methods were done using the software that automated the complex systems state analysis. |

Предложен новый подход к оценке состояния природно-техногенных объектов с позиции постоянного развития, которое базируется на методе компараторной идентификации. Представлено алгоритмическое обеспечение реализации методологии компараторной экологической идентификации по установлению уровня экологичности эколого-социально-экономических систем, разработаны математические модели состояния системных объектов. На основе предложенного метода получен рейтинг эколого-экономических систем по безопасности экологического состояния и комплексную оценку экологичности территории загрязнения тяжелыми металлами с установлением механизмов саморегулирования качества систем. Расчеты оценки экологичности исследованных объектов по представленной методике проведены на основе программного обеспечения, которое позволяет автоматизировать анализ состояния сложных систем. Запропоновано новий підхід до оцінки стану природно-техногенних об’єктів з позицій сталого розвитку, що ґрунтується на методі компараторної ідентифікації. Розроблено алгоритмічне забезпечення реалізації методології компараторної екологічної ідентифікації з встановлення рівня екологічності еколого-соціально-економічних систем, розроблено математичні моделі стану системних об’єктів. На основі поданого методу отримано рейтинг еколого-економічних систем з безпечності екологічного стану та комплексну оцінку екологічності території забруднення важкими металами з встановленням механізмів саморегулювання якості систем. Розрахунок оцінки екологічності досліджених об’єктів за наданою методикою проведено відповідно програмного забезпечення, яке дозволяє автоматизувати аналіз стану складних систем.
