Prykladni Problemy Mekhaniky i MatematykyРезюме: | On the basis of the nonisothermal thermoelastic-plasticity equations, a study of the stress-strain state of the collectors of the primary superheater of the boiler TP-100, 100A, with crack-like damage subjected to operational conditions, was performed. It is shown that the origin and spreading of transverse cracks between the holes should be associated with significant temperature gradients along the thickness of the collector in nonstationary modes of abrupt cooling. In the presence of a transverse cross-sectional crack between the holes, the stress-strain state of the collector under operating conditions is such that in the absence of cracks beyond the extreme holes, virtually eliminates further unpredictable destruction of the collector. The obtained results are used in assessing the possibility of extending the life of collectors at specific power plant is studied. Cite as: V. I. Astashkin, S. F. Budz, B. D.
