Prykladni Problemy Mekhaniky i Matematyky| Резюме: | By making use of the direct integration method, an analytical solution to a three-dimensional elasticity problem is constructed for a transversely isotropic half-space with its limiting plane surface being parallel to the isotropy plane and exposed to external steady-state normal and shearing force loadings. The problem is reduced to a system of governing equations for the stress-tensor components with corresponding boundary conditions, which are solved by means of the Fourier double-integral transform.
