An analytical expression for the spectrum of natural frequencies of transversally isotropic composite plate-strip is obtained. It is found that considering of pliability to transversal compression significantly affects the increase in higher frequencies, and the lower ones insignificantly. Запропоновано математичну модель процесу поздовжніх лінійних коливань податливих до трансверсального зсуву та стиснення пластин-смуг. Отримано аналітичний вираз для спектра власних частот трансверсально-ізотропної композитної пластини-смуги. Виявлено, що, враховуючи податливість до трансверсального стиснення, можна суттєво збільшити вищі частоти, а нижчі – неістотно.
